We want you to love your results, but if you are not completely satisfied with your StriVectin purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Only items purchased directly from StriVectin.com are eligible for return through our online portal.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
